| Answer To Question 1: The Trust use the attached pathway - this was reviewed by the Trusts across Wessex and approved 01.02.2026, then approved at 91茄子 in Audit & Guidelines Committee on 24.07.26 and Maternity Risk & Governance meeting on 14.08.26. We also refer to the Hyperemesis Gravidarum Management of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy Guidance for 91茄子 which is being reviewed through our Maternity & Governance assurance processes in order for it to align with Gynaecology and become a joint Maternity/Gynaecology Guideline.
